  1. Some of the “advice” a person will hear when others learn they have an invisible disease/disorder is downright weird!

  2. People really think I just don’t try hard enough. “They say things like you just have to push yourself. Or, I don’t like getting up in the morning either, but I force myself and say I can do it.” I wish it was that easy.

    • Try hard enough? Good grief, if those people only knew how hard you do try! The people who tell me that are family, and it not only makes me mad but it hurts. I have pulled away from my family because of these kinds of comments. No one with FMS deserve to hear that from family and friends.
