LOST
Day 4 – Lost another 30mg of Cymbalta today. Lost my rehab session to my dodgy tummy. Lost 3 hours to an afternoon nap. Lost the rest of the day…not sure where that went.
NOTE: To all those sending me such lovely wishes (especially in the last couple of days), I have been reading them and I thank you all; I am just not able to even think about replying to you in my current state.

As always you are on my mind I hope things will get better soon or at least different in a good way. I know sounds like the ravings of a crazy person or maybe just someone with FM very confusing two traits cut from the same cloth..one thing for sure though is we are resilient so I know you will concur this new drug protocol and I hope get to a new more comfortable space where you will be able to thrive and grow. Until then we are here for you and it is fine if you don’t feel up too the chat back until you do feel better save your energy for your self. Sending you lots of warm soft hugs to help you through this next phase of treatment and I hope you don’t have to miss any more therapy that might actually help..Maybe Thais, when you don’t feel like biting her head off she might be able to help. It is always the people closest to us that get the brunt of our despair and the ones worth having will still be there for us when the worst has passed “loving us unconditionally’ good family and friends are so hard to come by and I feel fortunate to have you in that class. Me again
I was just standing in the kitchen making my sisters lunch as mom sleeps the day away in the chair meaning I am alone in all duties here “unless” of course there is $$ involved. Any way I hope you didn’t misunderstand the comment about Thais I was only refering to the Reiki treatments..Sorry my computer is acting up but after 5 treatments in a 6 week period I have been helped so much. I got it, Lori! Thais is coming over Saturday night (she stays here every Saturday as she has an early yoga class at my end of town on Sunday) so we’ll see what she can do – as long as we don’t get distracted again, with food and drink and movies, etc.
So happy for you that you have Thais in your life and I hope that this visit you will think of your self first and distractions later
